Viilup Uuringud OÜ is a small research company working with the owners of the largest online panels in Estonia, the Baltics and Europe, telephone-interview centres, surveyors of the population and specialists from different countries working on a project basis. All collaborators have at least 10 years of experience in research in data processing, analysis or the preparation of research reporting. With all cooperation partners, Viilup Uuringud OÜ has a long-term cooperation. All forms are translated into the local language by a person with the respective native language, and all focus groups and in-depth interviews are conducted by people with the same native language as the participants. Thanks to low fixed costs and professionals with long-term experience, it is possible to offer market research to customers time and investment volumes sustainably.

Liis Soome
The person conducting the research is Liis Soome who has been working in marketing for 8 years (incl. as head of the marketing department) and since 2009 engaged in conducting target group analyses and market research. Leis has obtained a Master's degree (MA) at the Faculty of Economics of the TUT with specialization in marketing.
Liis has used different methods of research: CAWI (web-interviews), CATI (phone-interviews), CAPI/PAPI (eye-to-eye surveys), Mystery Shopping (purchase mystery), In-grey tests (product tests), focus groups, in-depth interviews, point-of-purchase observations, psychophysiological studies (blink and emotion tests).
